The story is set in Detroit during the 1980s crack epidemic. It also features the War on Drugs. WHITE BOY ROCK tells the touching tale of Rick Wershe Jr. (blue-collar dad) and Rick Wershe Jr. who become undercover cop informants and drug dealers before being abandoned by their handlers.
