An agoraphobic tech worker finds evidence of a crime in a stream she is reviewing. She then attempts to report it to her employer but gets blocked and bureaucratic resistance. She realizes that she has to face her biggest fear and venture out of her apartment into the streets of city, where she is met with resistance from the bureaucracy.
