Cameron Poe is an Army Ranger who has been decorated. He returns to Alabama with Tricia and meets a few regulars drinking at her bar. Cameron accidentally shoots and kills one of these drunken men, and is sentenced to seven-years in federal prison for voluntary manslaughter. Cameron is now eligible to parole, and can return home with his daughter and wife. Cameron is forced to travel in a prison plane with the most violent criminals of the country. They take over the pilot and plan to flee the country. Cameron must find a way for them to be stopped while he plays along. United States Marshal Vince Larkin, meanwhile, is working to free Cameron and help him stop Cyrus "The Virus", Grissom's criminals. --John Wiggins
